Sports Physicals - for grades going into 7th - 12th (including this year’s 6th gr) Must be at the gym no later than 5:00 pm to get in line for doctor. Guidelines: No caffeine or high energy drinks all day (makes blood pressure/pulse high) If you are on crutches, have a cast, seizure or heart disorder, Dr. Ed said we can do the physical, but it will be marked not released to play sports until coach receives release from treating physician. Must have form filled out and signed beforehand.
